How to Enjoy Best	Enjoy neat or served with soda water for an effortless celebration drink. Or enjoy this whisky-based twist on a traditional French 75 as your new celebratory drink. Chivas 75 in a Champagne flute: • 30ml Chivas XV, • 20ml lemon juice, • 20ml sugar syrup, • Top with sparkling wine or champagne, • Cherry, to garnish. Method: Pour Chivas XV into a cocktail shaker, along with lemon juice, and sugar syrup. Shake together with ice for approximately 6 seconds. Strain into a champagne flute and top up with sparkling wine. Garnish with a cherry.
Tasting Notes - Nose	Rich and sweet concentrated notes of stewed apples homemade orange marmalade, honey, cinnamon and moist juicy sultanas.
Tasting Notes - Palate	Incredibly smooth and fruity with flavours of poached pears intermingled with butterscotch and caramel toffees all rolled up in a wonderful velvety texture.
