Tasting Notes - Nose	The initial bouquet is elegant, opening to aromas of crunchy fresh fruit (bush peach), citrus fruit and a mineral touch that comes from chalky soils. The notes of violet and lilac are reminiscent of the scents of spring, and later, more bready notes, (hazelnut, candied quince and fresh butter) gradually take over. On the palate the opening is clean-cut. The Vintage 2004 has a generous freshness; the Pinot Noir intensifies its role, lending body to a tense, very lively wine.
Tasting Notes - Palate	This wine stands out for its elegance, tension and energy. The first impression is of its tension, verticality and minerality, after which the wine unfolds its aromas of toast, roasted coffee beans and praline. The excellent structure makes this a fine, upstanding vintage.
Tasting Notes - Finish	The finish is incredibly long.
